Family Vacation in Arlington, Texas

 

Thursday we headed to Arlington Texas. We stopped in Tyler Texas to play Putt Putt to break up the drive. Morgan said the Holiday Inn on Wet N Wild Way in Arlington was her favorite hotel. That evening we stopped to play Putt Putt again, then dinner at Razoo’s and swimming back at the Holiday Inn.

Friday we took the trolley to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor where we spent the morning between the wave pool and the Lazy River. The Holiday Inn Shuttle brought us back to the room and then we caught the trolley to the Texas Rangers Baseball game.

Saturday morning we headed back home after breakfast at IHop.

Post 4th of July Activities with the Gilbert’s

We spent the afternoon at Uncle James and Aunt Evelyn’s house. We met Jonah for the first time and enjoyed playing with Noah and Chloe.

4th of July

Patrick was sick with fever but Morgan enjoyed the day. Morgan spent the morning at Nana’s house baking sweets and then had me paint her face for the fireworks celebration that evening.

Happy Father’s Day

We celebrated with Nana and Gramps at their house and then had dinner with G.G. and Grandpa at Johnneys after Patrick’s last baseball game.
