Patrick is now 8 months old!

We can not believe how big our baby boy is getting! He weighs 20 pounds. Yesterday he attempted to crawl.

Morgan's 1st hair cut!

March 29th, 2008 was Morgan's first hair cut. Grandma Gilbert cut her hair straight across the bottom so the ends would be nice and straight. It looked great and we kept a lock of hair. Morgan was very patient.

Morgan's new trick with the car seat.

About a month ago we moved Morgan to a larger car seat that was pink with the words princess and tiaras all over it. We knew it was not practical but we splurged. Yesterday, Morgan began buckling herself in. She could open the car door, shut the door behind her and buckle herself in. We are so proud of her. Patrick loves to watch his big sister. Monday night I saw Morgan rolling a ball back and forth to Patrick. It was great to see her wanting to play with him. Too bad that he was not able to participate in the game.

Annual Easter Hunt

Hannah and Allen Smith have an Easter Egg Hunt each year at Lissa's house. Morgan had a blast hunting eggs and getting into trouble with Hannah. She found several eggs with stickers and one with a ring. Morgan also enjoyed petting a baby rabbit.
On Easter Sunday Doc spent the night. Morgan woke him up early to hunt eggs. She had a blast and so ohhhh! look at this! probably over one hundred times. The bunny brought Morgan a zeebra print dress and some color tabs to dye the bath water. Later that day we went to Nanna and Gramps' to hunt more eggs and to celebrate my 31st birthday. Joel gave me a new dvd camcorder. I can not wait to spend the cash on a zoom lense for my camera.

Will she be a photographer?

Morgan said she wanted to take photos this weekend so I gave her one of my cameras. I have been surprised at how much she enjoys taking photos.

Now that the flowers are blooming.....

Morgan is always picking flowers and bringing them in the house as gifts. In these photos she is showing off her glass with water, rocks and flowers. She told me she wanted them on the center of the dining room table.
