Friday, March 22nd we celebrated with G.G. and Grandpa! Saturday, March 23rd, after two soccer games, Joel and I left the kids with G.G. and Grandpa and headed to Shreveport. We shopped the boardwalk in the rain and stopped for dinner then onto the Bossier mall. Sunday we came home and celebrated my birthday with Nana and Gramps for dinner!

“Accelerated Reader”

Two weeks ago, Mrs. Middleton said Patrick could begin taking AR tests. Nana let him test in her room before school. He is averaging a point a day! We are very proud of him!

Celebrating “Pop’s Pancake’s at RO”

March 15th, Joel stayed for pancakes with the kids while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.

Reading in the Third Grade with Reed

March 1st was Read Across America day so the third grade teachers at Sallie Humble dressed up as “Things.” My student teacher, Mrs. Hickman asked Reed and his mother, Missy, from “The Duck Commander” to read a book to our class. He signed autographs for all the students in the class.
