Morgan feeding Patrick
Earlier today Morgan asked if she could get the
boppy and feed her brother. She did a great job.
Patrick holds the bottle on his own now and loves
to jump in his jumper.

Thursday after Christmas!
Jill came in town and we celebrated once again. The kids
opened too many presents as always. We can not find
enough room in the house for all the new toys. Can you feel
my pain. (ha, ha) This was our first Christmas in Nana
and Gramp's new house. Everything was beautifu.

Aunt Jill gave Morgan a baking set. She is trying
on the apron. Morgan looks like she knows
something that we do not know!

Aunti Jill is great at baby sitting Patrick.

Yes, so is Gramps!

Christmas!

Christmas Eve at the Clark's!
Our family Christmas festivities always begin around 6:30
Christmas Eve at the Clark's. This year was interesting to
say the least. Keeping two children up all evening is a chore.
Patrick took a nap somewhere around the opening of the gifts.
Morgan sat next to Thomas for dinner and then the two of
them ran around until it was time to open presents. During the
five dollar gift game Morgan stole pom poms from Maddison
and then later traded her a rebel flag necklace for one
candy cane. Morgan and Maddison were both happy with
the exchange. As always, the children came home with too
many gifts. I still can not find places for all these gifts.

Morgan calls this dress her Angel dress.

Patrick is wearing his Christmas outfit that I had
Monogrammed for him.

Christmas Morning!
Morgan woke up and went passed the presents in the living room to wake us up. She asked us to turn on cartoons and get her a glass of orange juice. I could not believe that she forgot it was Christmas morning. I reminded her and she ran into the living room. I started the camcorder and we watched her pick up each gift as she showed it to us with excitement.

Uncle David's Birthday!

We finally celebrated Uncle David's Birthday!
Patrick had already fallen asleep when Uncle David began openning
his presents. I am afraid that all shock and surprise are gone when
Morgan comes around. Aparently, Morgan told David that he
was going to open a camera while I was wrapping it in the other room.
Oh well, I think it is cute that she can not keep a secret.

Morgan was taking care of her mom.
I hurt my hand a couple nights ago just walking around and
Morgan decided that she knew just what to do to make
me feel better. I sat down and she put a pillow behind my head,
reindeer antlers on my head, and covered me with three blankets.
Wasn't that sweet!

Patrick and Cooper
Cooper is our next door neighbor. They look
destined to be best of friends.
Patrick can't wait for Christmas!
I wanted it to look like Patrick was wrapped inside the gift
but I didn't succeed. He was a good sport anyway.

Last week we were watching the Singing Bee and Morgan
got in the center of the floor on top of her stage to sing and
dance for us. At some point, she decided to do this for us. I
couldn't resist taking a photo.

Patrick smiles a lot. G.G. stopped by after work to
say hi and play with the kids.

Patrick is doing better at sitting calmly in your lap.

Morgan decorated our tree!

I think Morgan did a good job decorating our tree.

Great Grandma Clark's Tree
Last Sunday we went to Great Grandma Clark's to put
up her Christmas tree. Morgan, of course, stripped down
to her panties for most of the evening. Aunt Theresa
put up the tree with a little help from us.

Patrick did not help much. He was too busy chewing his fingers.

Nana came over yesterday and took us
to the Biedenharn Gardens for pictures.
This one was the best of both children.
Morgan was so sweet holding her brother.
This is the final Christmas Card. I just
finished it and I plan to order them and
hopefully send them out this week.
I will also try to send it by email since I
am not mailing much this year.

Aunt Jill was in town for Thanksgiving and she plans to come visit again shortly after Christmas. We can't wait to see her again. I am sure that we will see her more often now that she is moving back to Memphis. Aunt Jill, we sure are glad to have you with in driving distance!

Last week Nana put up her Christmas tree and we came over to see it. Her tree is always beautiful. If you don't believe me, just ask Morgan.

Playing catch up with old photos.

Patrick and Doc grilled for us before Doc left for Antigua. As always, the food was wonderful.

I took some fall photos of the kids using my new camera. I am so proud of it. I am getting the flash for Christmas. I am sure it will help.

Patrick always seems to want attention right about the time that we sit down to eat so..... we decided to let him join us. I think he really enjoyed it.

I asked Morgan to stop running just long enough to take a quick photo and she did.
Morgan enjoyed our stop at the pumpkin patch. She is acting like a lion. No, I do not know why. Three years old come up with stuff all the time.

Morgan is showing off her new earings. A couple of days before her third birthday we went to Libby Lou's in the mall with G.G. Morgan did not cry or even flintch. She did great. We were so surprised.

River Oaks

This is Morgan's class when the Ambulance visited school. Morgan is the second from the left.

Amie Smith took this photo of Morgan on her first day of school at River Oaks.

What the night will bring!

Very messy Moon Sand! You have to love it!

Last night Morgan made a picture for Santa Clause. She asked her dad to sign Santa's name on it and save it for him on Christmas night.
I could not resist posting this one. I love her smile!

Many thanks to the Ussery's for letting us borrow the playground. Patrick loves it.

Morgan was showing me how she learned to lick her fingers after eating, instead of washing them.

Morgan fell asleep on the couch!

Earlier this evening, Morgan fell asleep on the couch. This is the first time that we can remember her sleeping other than when made to. I guess we had to much fun playing at home today. She did not take a nap so I am sure it had something to do with it.

Patrick Loves to Sit in His Bumbo

I am not sure if Patrick likes it more or if we do.

I asked Morgan to pose in her River Oaks outfit so I could take a photo to put in the yearbook. Morgan did lots of cute poses. This one was my favorite. She loves to pose for the camera.

Morgan and Jackson were ready to begin the safari at Jackson's third birthday party.
