New Year’s Eve

We spent the evening with Nana and Gramps. As the night went on we heard fire works and could even see them from the back yard. It was an early night for the Turner Household!

Clothes Designer

January 7th, Morgan and Nana found them selves shopping at Michaels. They picked out a Clothes Designing  Activity for Morgan. Needless to say, Morgan loved it!

62nd Birthday!

January 22nd we celebrated Grandpa’s birthday a little late. We brought him a cake and they cooked dinner. After dinner we spent the evening watching the kids play in the living room!

Patrick’s Second Round of the Flu Shot

January 13th Patrick received his second flu shot because his record said past due. Within two hours he was running fever and complaining that his leg hurt. This continued January 14th, and 15th. On the 16th we saw Dr. Zhukowski because he would still not walk on his left leg. His left knee was swollen and red. We spoke with Dr. Pressley. On the morning of the 17th it was much better and not painful.

November 16th Thanksgiving at River Oaks

Joel and Nana joined Morgan for lunch while G.G. and Grandpa and Nana joined Patrick for lunch. Patrick’s class dressed up and put on a little show for the parents.

Gilbert’s Christmas at Uncle James’ House

We celebrated Christmas on New Year’s Eve. Morgan and Patrick really enjoyed the Dirty Santa Gift Exchange.

G.G. & the Jungle Gym

December 31st we went to the Jungle Gym with G.G. The Crane Game was still their favorite!

Christmas Morning 2011

Patrick woke up first. He came in our room all excited about the presents he passed on his way to our room. We waited about thirty minutes and then woke up Morgan so they could see what Santa brought. Then we opened the gifts under our tree. About 9:30 we went to G.G. and Grandpa’s house to celebrate Christmas and G.G.’s birthday. Later that evening Doc came over for dinner and to celebrate Christmas one more time.

Patrick With Fever

Fever and sore throat all day Friday, saturday and a little better Sunday. One shot of Rocephin and ten days of antibiotics.
