Nana and Grandpa took Morgan to her school carnival while Joel and I were in Shreveport for Patrick’s Dr. appointment. Morgan was dressed up as a “Red Carpet Girl.”

Patrick’s School Halloween Carnival
We have never seen Patrick happier! He ran around playing games, cheering, jumping and dancing for an hour.
A Visit with the Rheumatology Specialist
Monday, October 25th, G.G. picked up Patrick from school with 101.9 fever. He continued to run fever off an on through the day and night. Tuesday, October 26th, Joel and I took Patrick to Shreveport to see Dr. Presley. Dr. Presley ordered blood work and asked us to return in two to three weeks. He is considering systemic juvenile arthritis, an immune deficiency, or one of twelve autoinflamatory disorders.

The Pumpkin Patch 2010!
It was entirely too hot to have on long pants and long sleeves. After a week of cool weather I was hopeful that it would be comfortable but it was not. After Nana bought a few pumpkins the kids dropped pennies in the water fountain. Morgan whispered to me that she wished on all of her pennies for her brother to never get sick again!

Bayou Gymnastics Birthday Party
We had a great time at the party. Everyone ran around and played their hearts out. The boys from Morgan’s class were at Boy Scouts and not able to make it but…. there were plenty of girls. Patrick was sick so we gave him Tylenol and let him loose. He played for half of the party and then Nana took him home to rest.
