Patrick's Visit to the Doctor.
Patrick had a temp. again today. Joel stayed home with him until 1:00 and then I traded with him. At least this way I did not have to use a sick day. I am now down to three left for the school year. So...... I took Patrick to the doctor at 2:20. The results from last weeks sickness were negative for cat scratch disease. yeah!!!! What did he have? Who knows. He is better now, just a little fever, probably related to all of his teeth coming in.

Morgan's Homework
Morgan sounded so grown up. She came home and told us she has tons of homework to do. She proceeded to take out the work she did in class that she was told to take home and went over it all again. We sure hope this interest in homework continues. I think she watches the older kids at after school doing their homework and she copies them.
Morgan's teacher, Mrs. Lisa, gave her another compliment . Lisa said how much she enjoys observing Morgan being kind to her classmates. Apparently she tries to help the kids get their mats ready for nap. I can just see her playing mommy with all her friends. Morgan telling others what to do??? How to do it... and When to do it.... NO WAY. (ha, ha)
Morgan came home today and told me that she wants Alea from school to borrow her LEAP Letter Factory DVD. When I asked her why she said to help her learn her alphabet. Isn't that sweet. I have it ready to give to Alea tomorrow. We are very proud of how much attention she pays to helping others and doing it in a kind way.

To the Doctor's Office
Last week Patrick had a rash in his diaper. I took him to the doctor and they said it was a rash from the strep virus. They put him on ten days of medicine and it cleared up. On Thursday Patrick started running fever. He stayed with G.G. for the day and then I kept him on Friday. We went back to the doctor on Friday and they did a chest x-ray and blood work. They prescribed ten days of antibiotics because of his fever and swollen lymph node. The doctor said it was swollen about the size of an avocado. Today his fever was gone and the lymph node swelling reduced a little. Tomorrow we should get the results to know if he has cat scratch disease or a staph infection in his lymph node.

Turner Family Photos 2008
Halloween 2008
We stopped by Aunt Theresa's and took a few photos. Morgan was such a sport.

We also stopped by Grandma Clark's to take a few photos before trick or treating.

Spiderman and his Super Dad!

Morgan found two of her friends from school last year. Don't they look adorable!

Of course everyone had to run from house to house.

Nana and Gramps hosted this years Halloween festivities. Joel and I loaded up the kids and went to their house. We all got in the golf cart and went to a couple houses while it was still light outside. It was a success and we plan to do this again next year. Same Place, Same Time!
