Our Cruise to Cozumel!

The Cruise was wonderful. Joel and I enjoyed four nights aboard the Elation, Carnival Cruise with our neighbors, Kandace and Darrell. After two days at sea we arrived in Cozumel, Mexico. Kandace and Darrell took us downtown to shop with a short stop into Senior Frogs. Back at the ship we ate, drank, gambled, and watched several shows.

Dad Rescued A Turtle

Joel brought home a turtle that he found on Forsythe. The kids loved it. Morgan wanted to put it in a Build-A-Bear bag and keep it in the house. Patrick kept tapping it on the shell saying he wanted to crack it. Boys will be boys and girls will be girls!

Turner’s 5th Birthday Party!

We left Monroe around 9am and went to Shreveport to celebrate with Ces, Wes, and Turner. The party was a blast. Everybody enjoyed the jumper. Morgan and Patrick were wonderful during the three hours we were pm the road!

Sitting Together!

I found Morgan and Patrick sitting together playing nick jr. on "Morgan's Laptop." Both children were able to move the mouse without an external mouse. I was shocked!

Water Sprinkler

The pool closed so we decided to play in the water sprinkler at Nana and Gramps' house.

Morgan's Laptop Computer

After the first four days off for summer with the children, it was obvious we had a need for more computers in the house. I had to fight the children to use my desktop so..... I set Morgan up with one of the older Laptops. She loved it. I was shocked to see Patrick use the laptop without a mouse but he enjoyed it too.

Patrick's Toddler Bed

Patrick's baby bed was changed into a toddler bed. The first few nights Patrick wanted his "gate" back. He also wanted the door left open so he could see into Morgan's room. Notice the blankets placed around the bed. Morgan wanted his bed decorated.
